Let me say once again I'm a big fan of PEN's future prospects for all the reasons already stated. I think this company is going to be a winner over the next 10yrs.

Abu, I think all that may have been said in relation to funding was there's a preference for debt + equity, and I guess SH would like more debt and less equity.
However, when a structure is put in place (like they now propose) which is at odds with the perceived objective, then it pricks my ears up...that's all that has happened here! What I'm doing is thinking aloud and saying "is this just a contingency", and if so "what potential circumstance might prevail as to require such a massive share issue".

I guess the only real difference between a special and ordinary resolution is the degree of trust on the part of the SH's......
