Contingency???

The only perceived contingency is what the ASX now allows for eligible companies, inclusive of the 15%, to drum up business for themselves.
It's as plain as the nose on anyone's face each & every eligible company will avail themselves of the ASX Rules.
More so, fools to the SH if they uphold the 'Special Resolution'.
