The immediate outlook for PEN to finally become an active mining company lets investors like myself, who has followed the stock for years, accumulate at these levels.
I expect further market interest in the next 2 weeks.



It was a long wait for holders ( personally I have been in and out of PEN for the last 4 years, admittedly more out than in for the last months ), now we face financing issues like every other miner at this point in time, hardly suprising that management secures a backup plan.
