IMHO, once the PTM is formally signed, sealed and delivered, it will be another big wedge to prevent the wheels (SP) of PEN from sliding down to sub 2 cents. This is of course, subject to, there is no "landslide" scenario i.e. external factors that will bring PEN SP cart down the slippery slope.

With a professional and experienced team that PEN has recruited, hopefully it will be able to manage risks as PEN moves towards being a U producer, and should start to gradually push PEN SP cart uphill.

This is "three quarter" full glass, scenario.

Good luck to the PEN management, or do they really need it? Experienced and Good Management are the key...for PEN now. Hoping to see in 4-5c soon, and it will be PENtastic.
