ASX Listing Rule 7.1A is available to eligible entities. Being those entities not included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index and has a market capitalization of $300m or less.
Clearly, each and every eligible entity will have a ‘Standing Special Resolution’ inserted into their AGM’s henceforth.
Technically, would be delinquent not to do so.
