What if No. 1?
As PEN is drawing ever closer to be an Uranium Producer (still a few more hurdles).
What is the chance of PEN being acquired by the bigger U players in the market, once another milestone (certainty) is in place, PTM? Food for thought!
What if No. 2?
There are too many shares issued. At some point, they might have to think of Shares Consolidation (eventhough I don't like it).
