lim not saying that a pe of 20 should be applied, but if the market views this as a growth company ( if future reports show growth lending or U.S. market) market euphoria can take it to 20.
I purely based it on technicals ...and btw, the flag pattern shows a target of 14 if resistance breaks conclusively , not 15 as mentioned.
The resistance has not yet been convincingly broken.
my valuation is 11 to 12.
