Something afoot at PAR?, page-39

Big Pharna have a better idea of the Phase III costs than we do. We ought to know we have no benefit from the funds spent so far because there have been no usable results for FDA. We just started recently on the real program.
So when would Big Pharma make a move,..........
Partly
1. anytime after they get a picture which gives them a risk reward > (say) 70% pa + some risk margin ) or can you find when BPharma have paid more $ outlaid for less return.
As well,
2. when they perceive PAR are running short of cash.
I think it is more likely PAR will do a deal on MPS to cover point 2, or a CR if big Pharma are waiting waiting.

It looks like most of the impatient have moved on, now we need to work through the remainder of the 10m or so shares that were bought since PAR was last above ~$2.

It is only new money that increases the price.
Then it is up and away.
