The thing wrong is maybe that PAR do not have control over the manufacturing process so in spite of the 25 year supply contract between PAR and Bene, big pharma would have no dialogue with Bene.
So maybe what is needed is for Bene and PAR to merge, or else Bene sells its PPS manufacturing division to PAR for consideration of shares in PAR.
Big pharma would then have a partnership with the manufacturer of PPS as well as the original PAR which drove the approval process for registration.
