We seem to be doing the same as Sirtex, srx - who are also undergoing a takeover.

Theirs is at $28.00 and over the last months the sp has slowly got nearer to that figure as the scheme booklet vote date approaches (today hitting $27.95).

One difference is that Sirtex is quite unlikely to attract a counter bid, as far as I can see.
