This HAS to mean something. SURELY - FFS.
Looking at the case list Lynch dates to 2015. There are still quite a few from 2015 sitting on the list but very few 2014. Expecting a bounce regardless of outcome. In my best case scenario the judgement is for CCV with an immediate dividend out of that cash they are holding. Wish they had just settled this on a no fault basis. Maybe it wasnt an option.
