They announce a CR to raise up to 23 mill, 3 mill to existing shareholders and 15mill committment from Paulson & Electrum. They have announced a Cleansing notice for the issue of $7mill of shares to Soff Investors, yet we are not seeing any notice from Paulson or Electrum with regard to their take up in this CR. I wonder if they are still commited!
