Agree buddy,
It can't be to aid in negotiations for JVP, as a increase in our value would increase our bargaining power over the negotiated acreage...
That leaves only negative in my mind, my thoughts are they may want to keep a depleting flow rate under wraps in order to not ruin their chances at landing a JVP...
I sure hope it is not the latter....
