Extension of time in which to hold the Annual General Meeting
An application for an extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting was submitted to
ASIC and the company has now received confirmation that the period in which to hold the
meeting has been extended from 30 May 2006 to 30 June 2006.
The application was made on the basis that the company is negotiating a significant fundraising,
the structure of which may require share holder approval. We are also working with our advisors
in the format of the resolutions to be voted on and we envisage that these will be special
resolutions which require 21 business days notice.
Details of the fund raising will be announced as soon as all negotiations are completed.
