Me saying loan due in 2 days does not mean I expected it to just suspend trading next Monday…Jesus if you can’t even get this idea I don’t think you understand how these companies work in such situations.
Even if they default it will take some time for an announcement to come and there will either be a heavy CR to try cover the debt, or a grace period to have discussions with the existing lender - it doesn’t just go into liquidation the next day…maybe your single celled brain can appreciate that.
It looks like they already failed to get it refinance and are still looking for someone to lend them 50 million (in their words, they are in “advanced” discussions…but where is the agreement???) and they have officially entered the grace period. The clock is ticking.
How does that prove me wrong exactly? Can you elaborate?
