Say what want about him, so far, he has been correct, and you have been wrong.
I also believe Dennis Karp and Allan Eggers are a formidable team with a blend of financial expertise, tenacity and strategic acquisitions. Debt management is a risk. Dennis is working this well although I understand many shareholders don't think so. Project Execution risks e.g NZ's Fast Track Consenting Bill. We all know the risk that carries. If you can not accept the risk, dont invest. If you don't own the stock , why even waste your valuable time posting emotionally charged comments. It only makes you look bad.
I agree with Patong, accept the risk and have invested.
