1. Listing of the Korean manufacturing operations, combined with the quadrupling of the initial 6000 machines Nantian have ordered. This would allow our Asian customers to get a slice of the business whose ATM appears on soooooo many street corners in China!!!!

2. As i have said before a 10/1 consolidation of the SP, making our company more attractive to institutional investors.
