delta would get a discount on sensors but they all have o pay the royalty fee but it begins at $1.5m for tier one airlines and $1m for tier two building to $15m and $10m over some years with the early sensor sales making up the shortfall. This was all in the old broker report on their old site, the broker was also a large share holder from memory met him at one of their annual meetings.
