I think it'll play out like speculative stocks do. Likely it won't realise management's ambitions but they'll be fine given the fees they pay themselves.
On the other hand, management have quite a lot to gain if they can pull this off. They are doing the best with what they have and are pretty experienced operators. If they can get $6-8000 an acre then we'll be looking at a windfall return. $6,000 an acre over 80,000 acres = $480m.
