The AGM presentation offers amazing insight and possibility for longterm share growth, so it is a probable cause if instos are on the prowl .
Lets face it, in the scheme of things there is very little difference between buying the stock at 13.5 cents or 16.5 cents when the potential fundamental resource backing is over $4 .....
However, it is not beyond the realms of probability that a bloke on a rig or a ship is watching oil flow and has tipped off a mate onshore that NDO looks like a good buy .
