I was basing my assumption on the fact that the general meeting for the approval of the TO is only 3 weeks away and with an associated in specie distribution shortly thereafter, the price would fall in expectation of this pushing ahead. The 8c value is now really know to be honest. How do we truly evaluate this?
I thought the strike price of the options would be revised, however, i wasn't sure what that number might be. do you know when they will announce this. Probably Post 24th March i would imagine. Argent could certainly do with a cash kicker for the future through these options and it would be in their best interest to have them in the money... I just can't see too much hidden that they could throw at the market to give this a kick... any thoughts
