I think you are on to it Bullbar.
A large graphite supplier to the west, made up from the best resources found outside of China, such a producer will have immense control of supply to tech co's with China not wanting to make their dwinding resource available.
It's a good plan, but we as SER shareholders need a good price for the resource we give up.
Until we see firm figures, we are all just guessing, worrying,and summising about what we will receive as s/holders.
I still hold....I did say to Flatchat I would until JV, I never thought it would take this long!!!
