    The potential for UCL is finally starting to be appreciated by SP rising.If a deal is done by the INDIANS with MAK there is nothing to stop them leveraging their P exposure by including UCL. Even if a deal is done with only MAK the paternership with MAK may ensure that UCL is included in the deal.
    Interesting times for UCL with potential of this company being many multiples above current situation.The market currently appears to be appreciating this situation.
