Appendix 5B of the Quarterly explains all:
Options, these may be Directors options may be standard issue. If they get them over the line they have more working capital and of course heaps to dump. I hope they make it and they working capital prevents another mates rates issue to even further dilute.
Only time will tell although I have serious doubts this will go 2 cents plus in 7 weeks.
