all we have to do is convince someone with a 5% stake to call an extraordinary general meeting to put a motion to remove the chairman and directors.
OR
do we only need a group with a combined total of 5% stock to call them meeting and put the motion?
as ludba said this has heaps of potential - look at the ground we have. a management team who are capable of realising this potential, setting the goals and delivering the goods is what is required.
