    Takeover speculation perhaps? The volumes are relatively low, so it may just be someone trying to buy in for the longer term.

    Hard to see the justification for the price at the moment in my opinion, unless you are looking very long term. I'm happy to hold though, having accumulated all my VOC in the $1.40 to $1.60 range.
