yes it looks like a good fit. Saville needs a controlling interest in Provenco first. That would pave the way. Not sure that is the reason for current rise.
Cadmus, IT and Provenco market cap approx $180 million.
very interesting. btw saville 'may control' $1 billion in funds.
The synergies of all 4 would be very positive for ERG but more importantly for us.
