I would suggest that 15 is a measure using their last full year result - so the profit for 2020. It's often referred to as the trailing P/E meaning the P/E for the last completed full financial year. Their forward P/E is likely to be a different number altogether i.e. the P/E based upon estimates of the full 2021 year. There's a general reluctance to consider a P/E for a half year as it may be weighted by seasonal influences. Therefore a half year result multiplied by two may make no sense.
