Agreed VMT. All seems a bit strange really. Action would apppear to be Zohar either (a) buying up more shares in the company to take full control - especially given the cash flows from Portman Mining will more or less put a few million straight back into his pocket or (b) plans to push the IRM price up as a prelude to the takeover of TMX or (c) perhaps they have some half decent drilling results - however I didn't know that IRM was continuing drilling anywhere at the moment.
Either way, would suspect this is just a case of Zohar doing what he does best (based upon previous behaviour) - protecting his interests.
