What momentum? been sitting at 16c - 17c for ages. Then goes on a 2 day run up to 20c on 15th Jan, then all the way back down to 17.5c even today. Finished at 18.5c. Price still kinda going nowhere to me.. once it clears 20c and stays above 20c for at least a couple of days , that will be a step change
