Lynas is on its way to producing product for the world
It is cashed up.
Molycorp is on its way to possible bankrupsy
It has no cash
Here lies the problem
Molycorp finished down in the US - 1.6%
Lynas finished down in the US - 2.8%
Does not add up
Lynas has everything going for it
Molycorp is in all sorts of problems
The only logical explanation is what all the chartists are saying on this forum.
I would suggest a higher trend channel is not too far away
Eventually when the penny drops, fundamentals will lead way and fresh buying from deep pockets will drive the share price of this company higher than where it is now
