RV = real value
profit = buying below RV (or selling above RV)
RV is unknown.
But all the action on the market - buying and selling and volumes involved - gives a good clue to the RV.
One good indicator of RV is EMA. exponential weighted moving average.
EMA (60 days) shows value should be above 0.63
We are so under. Crazy gamblers these shorters....not to mention the 190M shorts still to be covered.
