    G'day Upmarket , nice to see you got your wings sticky .

    Explorers are speculators so we all buy on hype .

    I just have trouble with the selling the fact bit .
    Which fact do you sell on . The ' we have found it ' or the ' it is counted ' or the ' it's official fact ' . Then the ' it is commercial ' , the ' we have cash flow '.... we are going to find some more soon .
    Or like Melua says it's the nice boat I saw yesterday , see you in the Bahamas .
