SBS marketcap is, 18/1/06, $AUD 36M holding 48% of the venture.

SGC is 100% higher cap holding less.

And now the option price is based on SGC's market value as to payment of the project value.

So, it seems to me SBS shareholder will only get 50% of fair value.(taking SBS's marketcap is being fair).
