You seemed a bit fired up with your facts and comments about education. I am not a new poster and neither is od. I am happy to discuss opinions or facts but your list of facts in your post is proving , suggesting , intimating what exactly ? When reading your post I am getting the impression of anger , mission , almost trying to build or support some kind conclusion ? Are you saying that there is some case to answer here? And by whom? My opinion is that there is no case to answer for insider trading but defamation is quite a subjective matter . In my experience it is often seeded with hostility and enthusiasm to view someone (who they often dislike) as having done something wrong or intimate they have done something wrong by stringing together a list of facts . To use your analogy I don’t play the man or the ball but do enjoy watching and critiquing sport .
