Clearly the person screwed up and it's caused an insider trading scenario. I don't think he meant to although he's walked a fine line if not over it for a fair while. What's really really not ok is the cover up. It needs to go to asic now and they will investigate and decide. It's not good enough and anyone trying to say it is ok is pathetic. We are all apart of the human race on a planet floating through space. We evolved to this stage and we have rules in place that we've put there to control ourselves and how we should act with one another and everything else. Follow them it's pretty easy really. If I was invested I would think it was pretty ordinary plain and simple both to shareholders and the asx.
