Too many people worshiping almighty dollar at the ML's feet, and so his hubris got in the way. (You just have to see the last few days of trading of WFE to realise that he has the "dope".)

Here are the problems as discussed on HC over the last 24 hours:
1. Possibly market sensitive information released via Twitter,
2. No TH to follow up the leaked info/pics the following day,
3. Denial/possibly a misleading reply from company re ASX query today, after Twitter pics/posts deleted.

Drama may continue,
until assay results will be released,
more 'unreleased' pics to be released (of new drilled holes), even though they have been ... already released via Twitter,
JORC,
JV news,
SP re-rate to 50c+


Then everything will be honky dory again.

And ML, well... ML is too busy for continuous disclosure rules, 'cause ML is too busy making money anyway.

Oh, and KE is too busy also.
