Again, the issue that would need to be established is whether the photos constitute "inside information" and if they are "material". I really doubt it! Enough! I'll give you a clear cut example of inside information: I tell you, as a good mate, 1 day before before a market announcement that the company you own shares in will announce a significant profit downgrade and you sell your shares before the market disclosure! Very clear cut because you benefit by selling at a higher sp in advance of a bad market release which savages the sp. Please don't insult me - its highly offensive!
