So I've looked at recent Q2 results and done some simple extrapolation on DRO's revenue growth. To cut a long story short, it looks very much like an exponential growth curve, with ~50m revenue predicted (see below).
*I assumed that H2 revenue would be double H1.
So what's wrong with this picture? DRO seems to have a great range of products, is a market leader in a 6b TAM.. Protection against drones can only grow as prisons, airports, private security etc. become more aware of the threat posed.
So why hasn't the market (SP) reacted? What were people expecting from DRO early on that SP has retreated so much? I get that monthly expenses are high, but this is a growing tech company. Surely people understand that research is expensive and payoff isn't instantaneous? Why isn't this seen more widely as a growth story? What am I missing?
