Here we have a company whose main claim to fame was the infamous Munni Munni silver strike (in which not a cent of the proceeds of mining a bonanza lode of silver was returned to investors). This claps out as the company continues to burn cash and LEG is about to go bust in mid 2003.
In April 2003 they try to save the company by getting the long suffering shareholders to cough up up to $1m. Understandably there is a shortfall and the shareprice falls to 1.5c.
