It's extremely obvious that Abelle used the LEG shell to float its rapidly playing out mine, thereby avoiding all the usual ASX scrutiny of such floats.
The major question, I suppose, is whether LEG has actually drilled in the last 3 months to get the intersections announced last week, or Abelle already had those intersections in the can before the December sale. But of course they wouldnt do that, because that is illegal.
I am passing all this onto ASX and they can sort out what sort of breaches if any have been made.
