You can pass on as much as you like to ASX, be it fact or fancy, but you are in a bad position.
You know that of course and are trying to be a hero by mentioning ASX-I thought you would have passed these matters to ASIC. These are the people who deal with it. Why don't you?
Based on what we have heard sofar, you don't have a case and you know it, the people know it, every man and his dog know it.
Normally, I would feel sorry for you but seeing that you don't care -including any damage you may have done to HC-I don't.
You should be very careful with your text in the future.
