However, ASIC looks after these matters and I have sent the particulars to them and asked them to take all the necessary meassures to reduce the damage done by this sleazy writing of Redabyss IMHO.
People think that ASIC is to protect the rights of shareholders. It goes a bit further than that. They will protect the rights of all the parties involved where needed.
