Get off your high horse and leave everyone else to make up their own judgment concerning the merits of an investment in LEG. On the face of it, the transaction does not instill confidence in my view, and hence, I have not invested in LEG.

Red is merely pointing out some issues in which he has identified in the transaction between Abelle and LEG. The "Backdoor listing" is often used to float assets which would otherwise find difficulty to procure investor demand, such as an IPO.

You have gone over the top with this, and I strongly suggest that you leave this matter alone.
