I don't control HC.
But I do come in the picture when someone speaks gross untruths about me or the stock I invested in. I am entitled to do that.
Some time ago, someone made a long statement saying that a Director was feeding his shares (LUM) into the market, I asked him for evidence or retract that statement, he didn't.
I also have an investment in that stock.
It has everything to do with untrue statements and nothing with control.
