    22nd is last day..still some way off...there could be a lot of trades between now and then..
    Think about this..
    If they are sitting on hot property (which no doubt they are) the price will not go up until after the record date when everyone is seated and strapped in for the ride....seems the time will come sooner or later, perhaps sooner...
