Furthermore lets say the maximum threshold you can get turns out to be $4500 worth of shares for each applicant as an example. That would leave shareholders with 3913 shares each.
RMS would be better of rounding it off too 3910 or something so as not to leave all shareholders with dodgy annoying odd numbers of shares. Perhaps this is what they mean by :
If there is a scale-back, the Company may in its absolute discretion, determine to apply the scale-back to the extent and in the manner that it sees fit.
However I could be wrong.
