maybe the market has cooled off on HOG due to the outrageous number of 'performance shares' these people issued to themselves?......

let's see - there are more than 39,000,000 performance shares in the mix - that's 39,000,000*0.48 = $18,720,000 worth of shares for which no one did anything much..... I could handle 5,000,000 or maybe even 10,000,000 performance shares, but 39,000,000 is way over the top....

that $18,720,000 represents an entire YEAR'S income - and it goes to a handful of seat warmers..... nice work if you can get it.....


there's a definite reason why HOG has stalled and handouts of such magnitude do not help the punters.....
