Meerkat, perhaps you should do research before blurting out such rubbish.
Most of the performance shares go to seed investors who were in 2-3 years prior to IPO. If awarded iT gives them an effective buy in price of 17c. This is just a 3c discount to the 20c it floated at in June 2010. This is a small discount for being in a risky unlisted public company, and imo a small reward.
