I certainly do agree with you here there is something weird going on also why the Hannans announcement wasn't made public when the first announcement was made it took the second amended announcement for it to be made.
However if you ask whirlpool he will probably tell you that everything is rainbows and lollipops just another reason to think that he either knows people in the company or works for them
